beans:
Rio Caribe Superior: Venezuelian cocoa beans with
coffee and roasted nuts flavor.
Hispaniola: organic cocoa beans from
Dominican Republic with fruity flavor notes.
These flavors are
natural and specific of these cocoa beans varieties.
For us, handcrafting chocolate bars from the beans is like composing a
piece of music, creative process involving a lot of reflexion,
imagination and feeling.
